‘Lookin’ Up’ will celebrate courageous pioneers who champion a spirit of endeavour, highlight the work of unsung heroes and chart humankind’s quest for the stars through the story of powered flight.
The evening will feature performances from the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment, London Vocal Project, Derek Paravicini alongside some extraterrestrial surprises. Expect many astronomical favourites and the premier of new works from composers Pete Churchill, Olivia Murphy, Raph Clarkson, Lulu Vallejo, Adam Cracknell and MMF pupils.
The countdown has begun… Merton is ready for blast off!
